My days have turned into an endless stream of coffee and me waiting for things to end. I get to work have a couple of cups of coffee and try to pick up from where I ended the previous day. My co-workers come by and I patiently wait for them to end their jabber and leave. By then it is 10:00 and I start another cup of coffee and wait for lunch and the morning to end. After lunch has ended, I start to program again, working my way down the slow slope to the end of my afternoon. At the end of my work day, I sit in traffic and wait for the back-ups to end. (Author’s note: To all commuters between Charlotte and Gaston County. The left lane ends between Mount Holly and Belmont. Stop hitting the damn wall!)

At home I wait for dinner to end, because of all the chaos that goes along with two kids. I hope the evening will please hurry up and end so I don’t have to watch another re-run of Spongebob on Nickelodeon. Finally, I get lay down and work my way to the end of another book. After a few hours of that I decide to make my end.
